Hi,

I'm Lucy, the founder of BilinguaKids. I've always loved languages and studied French with Italian at university, where I met my French husband. We now live in Warwickshire and are raising our two young children in French and English.

Just like other aspects of parenting, raising bilingual children can be quite a rollercoaster! Ever spoken to your child in your home language only for them to reply in English (again and again)? Us too..!

That's why I came up with the idea of BilinguaKids.

By connecting bilingual or multilingual families like yours with others nearby, your child can develop friendships where speaking their home language feels natural, helping them build confidence. Meanwhile you as parents can meet others from similar backgrounds to share the journey with.
