Welcome to BilinguaKids.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using BilinguaKids. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

BilinguaKids is an online platform that helps parents and carers connect with other families who are raising bilingual or multilingual children.

We provide a place for families to discover one another, exchange messages and arrange meetups independently.

To use BilinguaKids you must:

• •Create an account for yourself, not for a child.
• •Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• •Keep your login details secure.

Children should never create accounts or communicate through BilinguaKids.

You are responsible for the information you add to your profile.

Please ensure your profile is truthful, respectful and appropriate. You must not upload content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

BilinguaKids helps introduce families but does not organise or supervise meetups.

Any decision to communicate with or meet another family is entirely your own. We encourage all first meetings to take place in a public location, with children supervised by their parent or carer at all times.

When using BilinguaKids, you agree not to:

• •Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• •Share offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content.
• •Send spam or unwanted promotional messages.
• •Impersonate another person.
• •Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account.

BilinguaKids is intended solely to help families connect around bilingualism, multilingualism and cultural exchange. It must not be used as a dating platform or for unrelated commercial, political or fundraising activities without our permission.

If you encounter behaviour that concerns you, please report it to us. We review reports and may investigate where appropriate.

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that breach these Terms, present safeguarding concerns or misuse the platform.

While we work hard to provide a safe and welcoming community, we cannot guarantee the identity, background or behaviour of other users.

BilinguaKids is not responsible for interactions, communications or meetings that take place between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

The BilinguaKids name, logo, branding and website content belong to BilinguaKids unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but give us permission to display it as part of operating the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BilinguaKids after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
